A Satisfied Tourist

I've recently returned from a holiday, during which I truly understood the importance of travel friendly adult toys. Unfortunately it's not exactly feasible to bring your whole toy box when travelling...(BOOOOO!!!)

So what are some key points of a good travel toy?

• Small and discrete, especially when travelling with kids, nothing like having to have 'the chat' with your kids when they stumble upon your pleasure product!!!

As you can imagine, we have lots and lots of products to choose from, so I'm going to break it into sections and just share some of my favourites from the Albany store.

Petite

Sometimes size does matter. One of the smallest toys we have is the 'Pave Liz by Jopen'. It's a finger vibe with 7 functions and is adorned with crystals. This super fun and easy to use toy can be used to tease and tantalise the clitoris and any other erogenous zone you can think of.

Recharge without stress

Locking, Packing and cleaning

Sometimes turning your toy off is not enough. A toy with a travel lock stops any embarrassing moments and keeps your battery life.

A necessity with all sex toys is a toy cleaner. Warm soapy water is great for cleaning fluids and lubricant off toys, but it doesn't kill bacteria. In the Albany store, we stock the 'Jo Refresh' foaming cleaner, in a 50ml bottle, perfect size for travelling.

 

Lube

As most of you know, the bigger the bottle of lube, the more economical it is, however lugging around that much lube is not only a recipe for disaster but bloody heavy! So many of our stores have the travel size lubricants and cleaners for sale, generally 30 – 60mls in size. Another option is the 'Wildfire' range. They are all natural, Australian made, aphrodisiac oils that can be used as a lubricant, a massage oil, bath oil and moisturiser. Four bottles in one! Oh and ladies, don't forget your 'On Oil', it's only a teeny weeny 5ml bottle, but it packs a punch in the most pleasurable way! Personal tip, l always secure my lubes and oils on a zip-lock bag in my toiletry bag.....just in case!!!I don't want to be doing washing on the first night of my holiday!!!

Now that we've covered toys, why not touch base with a little BDSM. If you want to have some BDSM fun while you are away, a kit is an ideal way to go. 'Love in Leather', 'Ouch' and 'Fetish Fantasy' all have really great kits that have all the essentials for a bit of slap and tickle, however my current favourite is the 'Boudoir Bondage Bag by Brigitta'.
