Coming clean, a guide to anal douching

Douching 101
As with any sex toy, be sure to wash your douche before you use it for the first time and immediately after each use before putting it away to play with another day.

Next fill the bulb with water, either by removing the tip and running it directly under regular room temperature tap water, or by submerging the tip into a container of water and allowing the suction effect to draw the water up into the bulb.

Then carefully insert the tip of the douche into your anus. Initially you might find it more comfortable if you apply some lube to the tip of the douche AND to your opening. Wait for your anus to relax and open, then gently back onto your douche. You could even make douching part of your foreplay by asking your partner to hold your bottom open as you bear down. Now squeeze the bulb end of your douche to dispense the water. A slow stream will do it. Soon you’ll get a strong urge to empty your bowels; so simply go with the flow! The water will gently clean you out, flushing your anus of any waste material. Now you simply remove the douche and dispense the water and waste into the toilet or shower and repeat this process several times until the water runs clear.

You should aim to use your anal douche approximately 30 minutes or so before anal play for optimum cleanliness. However, the results of douching will last for several hours.
